Preserved in high quality syrup with a pinch of turmeric, this candied ginger is the perfect marriage of tangy, spicy taste with sweet syrup. This candied ginger holds together better than typical fresh fruit so your presentation will be neat and precise. Perfect for garnishing cocktails such as the Penicillin, Dark’n’Stormy, and Mule.
