Wild Muskoka Forest Fire Bitters

Forest Fire Bitters by Wild Muskoka are made by hand-harvesting cedar from the wildest of places in Muskoka. Next, they start a fire using the bush craft technique of the cedar bow-drill. They char the fresh cedar leaf and branches over the fire and then jar and smother in locally distilled smoked rye whiskey. After steeping they are blended with extracts of bitter herbs. These bitters are perfect for adding smokey or woodsy flavour to your favourite cocktail. Certified Organic.
