SAKURA SIPPER
— add all ingredients (except lemon ribbon & soda water) to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and pour contents into a Collins glass. Top with soda water and add more ice if necessary. Garnish with lemon ribbon —

¾ oz Raft Simple Syrup
1 oz Orange Juice 
Lemon (½ oz fresh lemon juice & lemon ribbon)
