You won’t miss the booze with this non-alcoholic spritz! Combine 1½ oz Lumette and ½ oz strawberry syrup in a shaker with ice, and shake vigorously. Pour unstrained into highball, top with non-alcoholic rosé, and garnish with dehydrated lemon wheel.
