Split Tree Rhubarb & Elderflower Cordial

This cocktail mix starts with whole fresh rhubarb, lemons, and elderflower combined with sugar to produce a sweet and tart natural syrup with subtle floral notes. A unique combination not found anywhere else, this cordial mixes with sparkling water to create a delicate soda reminiscent of summer, and pairs perfectly with vodka, gin, bourbon, and fruit liqueurs to create a classic craft cocktail.

Ingredients: whole rhubarb, elderflowers, lemon juice, lemon zest, lemon oil, water, sugar and citric acid.

0.5 oz. Elderflower Liqueur 
2.5 oz. soda water
3 dashes Dillon’s Rhubarb bitters
