Spiced Apple Old Fashioned Trio

Who’s ready for a cozy treat? Stir 2 oz bourbon/whisky, 1/4 oz ginger wildflower syrup, and 3 dashes bitters with ice. Strain over king cube in a tumbler. Garnish with dehydrated lemon wheel. (Works well in hot toddy format too. Mix 1.5 oz bourbon/whisky, 3/4 oz ginger wildflower syrup, 2 dashes bitters, 4 oz hot water in a heat-safe mug. Garnish with a lemon wheel.)
