Shipping Options

We offer two refined delivery methods:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch
    • Basic tracking included

Global Note: We ship worldwide (excluding certain Asian regions and remote areas). International customers may be subject to customs fees, which are the recipient’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Philosophy

We stand behind every hand-selected piece in our collection. Most items may be returned within 15 days of delivery, provided they’re in original condition with packaging and tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain our exacting standards, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Garnishes (including all food products like cherries)
  • Bitters and cocktail mixers (opened or unopened)
  • Personalized or monogrammed items
  • Books with visible signs of use

The Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions.

Step 3: Package & Ship

Securely package items with:

  • RAN clearly visible on the exterior
  • Copy of your original invoice

Step 4: Processing

Our quality team will inspect returned items within 3-5 business days of receipt. You’ll receive email confirmation upon processing.

Refund Details

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within:

  • Credit Cards: 5-7 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.

Exchange Policy

  • We’ll ship your replacement once the return is received

Damaged or Incorrect Items

International Returns
