Our Return Philosophy
We stand behind every hand-selected piece in our collection, from precision Japanese bar spoons to crystal coupe glasses. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll gladly accept returns of most items within 15 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain hygiene and quality standards, we cannot accept returns on:
- Garnishes (including all food products like cherries)
- Bitters and cocktail mixers (opened or unopened)
- Personalized or monogrammed items
- Books with visible signs of use
All returned items must be in original condition with packaging and tags intact.
The Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email our concierge team at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer an exchange or refund
Step 2: Receive Authorization
Within 2 business days, our cocktail-enthusiast support team will email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions.
Step 3: Package & Ship
Securely package the items using the original packaging (when possible) and include:
- The RAN clearly visible on the exterior
- A copy of your original invoice

Step 4: Processing
Once received, our quality team will inspect the items within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive email confirmation when your return is processed.
Refund Details
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within:
- Credit Cards: 5-7 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Policy
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once the return is received
- Price differences will be charged/refunded accordingly
- International customers may be responsible for additional shipping costs
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for expedited replacement at no cost to you.
International Returns
For our global clientele outside the U.S.:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
- We cannot refund original customs/duties paid
