Prosyro Yuzu Syrup is the crown jewel of citrus syrups. Juice, zest, and rind are used to produce this flavour powerhouse, which is made from the unique yuzu citrus fruit local to Japan. Punchy, intense, vibrant and bold, this is a fantastic substitute for lemon or lime juice and simple syrup, in everything from margaritas to sake sours.
