Tasting Notes: notes of cucumber on the front, followed by palate coated with vegetal sweetness of rhubarb and notes of honey, more caramelized rhubarb than tart & raw.

RHUBARB SOUR
— dry shake first four ingredients to froth, then with ice, & strain into chilled coupe. float Dunrobin Rhubarb Bitters on foam—

1.5 oz dry gin
3/4 oz Prosyro Rhubarb Syrup
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
1 egg white or 8 drops Ms Better’s Miraculous Foamer
4 dashes Dunrobin Rhubarb Bitters
