Pineapple Daiquiri Trio

This tropical riff on the classic is pure delight! Shake 2 oz lightly aged rum with 1 oz syrup, 1 oz fresh lime juice, 1 dash bitters with ice. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with the dehydrated pineapple wheel.
