This Whisky Sour syrup makes a bartender-worthy whisky sour, with merely the addition of whisky. The Kvas formula combines lemon juice, maple syrup, orange juice and pineapple juice. The addition of pineapple juice makes this syrup 100% vegan, yet provides a creamy mouthfeel that an egg white normally provides. It is the perfect alternative to anyone who avoids the use of egg whites in their cocktails.
