This Lavender Jasmine Syrup uses local, top-quality English lavender and the
finest Jasmine tea, hand blended in Toronto Ontario (from Pluck Teas) to bring you a
garden-fresh simple syrup that is sure to brighten up any spirit or tea you mix it with.
With a base made of honey, along with hand crushed cardamom for a little spice and
lemon juice for a citrus splash, this is not your average lavender infusion. Excellent in cocktails, sparkling wine, lattes and baking.
