—Shake with ice. Strain into chilled coupe. Garnish with orange zest.—
3⁄4 oz Kvas Cranberry-Rosemary Syrup
1 oz Gin
1⁄4 oz. Lime Juice
Garnish: Orange Zest

LOW ABV HUGO SPRITZ
—Add Kvas and mint sprig to wine glass. Gently muddle and let sit for 3 minutes. Add ice, prosecco, and soda water, stir briefly to combine. Garnish with fresh mint sprig and lemon wheel—
