Hugo Spritz Set (Non-Alcoholic)

A non-alcoholic version of the trendy Hugo Spritz! Add fresh mint and 1 oz Tuscan Tree to the RCR Aria White Wine glass, muddle gently, and let sit for a few minutes. Add ice, 4 oz sparkling NA wine, and 1 oz soda water. Stir gently to combine. Garnish with fresh mint sprig and a dehydrated lemon wheel.
