Dehydrated Lime Juice Powder

A must-have for your bar! Mix this dehydrated lime juice powder with water and you’ll get vibrant lime juice with a consistent flavour every time, free from artificial preservatives, colours, and flavours. Never worry about running out of limes (or their fluctuating prices!) again. 

Preparation: Mix one 12.5g sachet of powder with 1 cup / 250mL water and stir to combine. Use it just as you would fresh lime juice. Adjust ratio to your own taste.
