Fans of the classic flavour profile of Negroni, Sbagliato, and Spritz will love this lighter version that’s completely alcohol-free. Combine 1 oz Sobrii, 2 oz Roots Divino Bianco, 1 barspoon orange syrup from jar (or more, to taste) and 4 oz Dry Secco in a highball filled with ice. Stir gently to combine. Garnish with half an orange slice.
