Contains 4 x 30mL (1oz) samples of each of the following:

• Overtly Orange Bitters: well-rounded orange with hints of coriander and cardamom; start on the sweeter side with a proper bitter orange finish
• Honestly Aromatic Bitters: a classic aromatic spice profile with earthy raisin sweetness, bitter backbone, baking spice notes of clove, cinnamon, and allspice.
• New Orleans Bywater Bitters: an earthy New Orleans-style cocktail bitter, with zippy star anise up front that settles into a bittersweet fruity backbone with subtle minty herbal note lifting through.  
• Remarkable Sparkling Solution: a sour blend of acids found in sparkling wine, for a familiar hit of astringency, texture and tannin. Add to soda for a flavour similar to sparkling wine!
